Well, isn’t this the most wonderful news to send us skipping into the weekend?
We’re absolutely thrilled, chuffed to bits, and frankly, doing a collective happy dance to announce that Hope & Glory has once again been named one of the UK’s best. We’ve been recognised in the hugely prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards 2026 – for the third year running.
Securing a spot on this coveted list for a third consecutive year is just incredible. It’s no mean feat, and we find ourselves rubbing shoulders with some truly esteemed company—a select group of fantastic organisations from across the UK.
What makes it so special is that this award is entirely based on genuine, anonymous feedback from our own team. From rewards and recognition to wellbeing, empowerment, and our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion, knowing our people genuinely love what they do is the ultimate win.
Here’s what they had to say about us …
This London consumer brand and lifestyle agency offers its 95 employees flexible working, including four-day weeks, a nine-day fortnight, job share and two days working from home.
The business provides staff with a £1,000 personal learning budget and also offers growth bursaries of £1,750 for qualifications, ranging from mini-MBAs to specialist creative courses. An exchange programme with offices in Amsterdam and Dubai also offers development opportunities. Career prospects are good – 37 per cent of employees started as interns, including three board members.
Completing this wonderful hat-trick is incredibly humbling, but credit belongs entirely to our phenomenal team. They are the ones who consistently deliver outstanding work while keeping our culture the supportive, inspiring, and fun place it is.
Three years on the trot. Honestly, we couldn’t be prouder.
