Winning the Diversity & Inclusion Award, and picking up Highly Commended in both Mental Health Champion and Reward & Benefits, at what is the industry’s gold standard for great places to work.
You can’t reverse-engineer a great culture from a submission template and can only really get recognised for what’s already there, built quietly and consistently by people working every day on both the big things and the small, long before any judges got involved, that this was the kind of place they wanted to work in.
That’s what last night was about.
Enormous credit to the many people who make this place unique and drive the culture.
From our Belong Team and to everyone across people, talent and culture who leads on this stuff day in, day out. But the real reason any of this is real is the wider team, the people who show up with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm, with honesty even when it’s uncomfortable, with the bravery and care that makes H&G what it actually is rather than what it says it is on a website.
We talk a lot about wanting Hope&Glory to be the place where people have the best years of their careers, so it’s amazing to be recognised in that regard once again.
