A new game that’s taking the cosy gaming world by storm, Pokopia is all about rejuvenating spaces to bring Pokemon back to the area.
We wanted more people to know it exists and get on board with the wonders that planting has on the soul.
Enter Pokopia Gardens. A series of pop-up gardens in concrete urban locations in London, Berlin and France. All in place for the next six months to bring the beauty of Pokopia to the real world.
We got cosy gaming influencers in on the action to help us finish the gardens – from planting to watering to creating personalised plant tags – turning the gameplay of Pokopia into a real-life experience.
Over 300 influencer posts later (reaching millions of fans and potential fans), it was hard for our target demographic to miss the news.
Then we officially opened them with Pikachu “cutting” the green ribbon. Creating a picture moment to take to national, lifestyle and regional press. Nabbing another 50+ pieces to go beyond the gaming space.
The gardens now remain open for the public to enjoy. With in-game codes to redeem on site and people encouraged to just enjoy the calm.
